Is there an updated AT Command documentation for RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G_01.201.01.201? for commands related to CLAT configuration. These are not included in 1.0.0 AT Command manual

I am from India and I would like to request for Latest RM520N-GL Firmware (Current: RM520NGLAAR01A07M4G) since I am unable to attach to Jio 5G SA with it.
I need the latest firmware for the RM520N-GL module. My current version is:
RM520NGLAAR01A07M4G
I am using the module on Jio’s 5G SA network in India, and it registers successfully but never enters RRC-CONNECTED. The module stays in SA idle:
AT+QENG=“servingcell”
“servingcell”,“NOCONN”,“NR5G-SA”,…
5G registration shows “1” (registered):
AT+C5GREG?
+C5GREG: 2,1,“00002A”,“0C1DC0000”,11,4,“01.000001”
But it never establishes a PDU session. Several 5G data-plane commands return ERROR:
AT+QDPDP? → ERROR
AT+QMAP=“dhcp”,1 → ERROR
AT+QCFG=“5gredir” → ERROR
AT+QNOSM → ERROR
SINR from QCSQ is stuck at –11 dB even when the signal is strong, which indicates the modem is not reaching 5G RRC-CONNECTED state. My 5G phone using the same SIM and at the same location attaches correctly and reaches full throughput, so the network and SIM are working.
I need the latest stable firmware (A10 or A13 build) for RM520N-GL that includes updated NR SA NAS procedures, improved beam and measurement modules, fixes for SA idle lock (NOCONN), improved PDU session activation, and full 5G SA compatibility.
Please provide:
- The latest firmware package (.zip / .bin / .mbn) for RM520N-GL
- The recommended flashing tool (QFlash or QFirehose)
- Any release notes or instructions
Hardware details:
- RM520N-GL module
- Connected via USB (AT ports working)
- No hardware modifications

I mentioned about latest stable firmware (A10 or A13 build) for RM520N-GL just because I heard on internet about these. It should be ignored and the latest stable build should be considered accordingly.
