L96-m33 do not receive any satellite

I bought 2 L96-M33 modules configured with internal antenna but none of the modules receive the satellite signal. They were tested outdoors on a terrace 30m from the ground.
V2.1 modules with fw L96NR01A03S.
I have the log but I don’t know how to upload it.

Dear Sir
The upload method is shown in the figure below, thanks!

module mounted as per datasheet with internal antenna

Dear Sir

  1. This is the log of how long it has been powered on. Can you provide more data? Why does this data look incomplete?
  2. Can you try to power the L96 module separately, do not supply power to other parts of the board, and see if it can be positioned outdoors?

Thanks!

I made two tests the module mounted via usb2 on notebook works outdoors

The gps mounted on the board with raspberry does not work outdoors

Because?

Dear Sir
Please provide the firmware version through the following commands:$PQVERNO,R*3F

The instruction needs to carry carriage return and line feed.

Thanks!

Dear Sir
Please do the following checks:

  1. Is the V_BCKP pin connected to VCC?
  2. Are the 16 and 17 pins connected together?

yes ,
I have two modules, same wiring, the one mounted on board with raspberry does not receive satellites.
There are photos.

Dear Sir
On the board you drew, solder all the pins and make sure that all GND pins are connected to GND.Thanks!

Did you solve your problem?
What processor do you use with this module?

I am working in software development employee tracking system, so maybe I can help you.

All ground pins of the module are soldered. The module does not receive any gps signal.
The module is connected via rs232 on the raspberry pi zero w.
The module communicates with gpsmon but does not receive any satellite.

The L96-M33 module is deaf, it is very difficult to get it to work.

Dear Sir
I have tested, different placement methods have different results, please check the attachment. Thanks!
