Even if the device is not connected, you can still see the USB device. That is a problem and Quectel cannot resolve.

Hi Herbert,

I received the firmware and usb driver, thanks. However the firmware zip file appears to have errors when unzipping.

How do I unzip the file, or is the file corrupted ? Please reupload it.

The firmware here didn’t not pass the ‘qfirehose -f’ command completely either. Some files passed, some files failed.

Can you please share the latest firmware for the module RM520NGL again?
