Dear Sir,
+CFUN:5 means that the module enter into FTM(RF test mode) ,you can use the following AT command to let module exit the FTM:
AT+ QRFTESTMODE =0 // exit FTM
If the above AT command can not take effect, you also can use the following method, please follow up the following steps to set it with QXDM tool. Hopefully it is useful to you. Thanks!

I need some documentation about
AT+QRFTESTMODE.
is there in EG91 some AT command command that works lik AT+QRFTEST in M95?

I’m looking for documentation about AT+QCOPS too
Where i can get them?

Thank you

U.S.

Hi UmbertoS,
for more documentation, you can find it on our website : https://www.quectel.com/support/downloadb/TechnicalDocuments.htm

Thanks. Can you indicate to me which are the specific documents where i have to looking for the EG91 commands AT that i described (AT+QRFTESTMODE, AT+QRFTEST, AT+QCOPS ?)

Hi,
I was looking for these AT commands
AT+QRFTESTMODE,
AT+QRFTEST,
AT+QCOPS?
in these your manual that i had download from your web site.
Quectel_EC2x&EG9x&EM05_FTP(S)_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.0
Quectel_EC2x&EG9x&EM05_HTTP(S)_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.0
Quectel_EC2x&EG9x&EM05_SMTP_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.0
Quectel_EC2x&EG9x&EM05_MMS_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.0
Quectel_EG9x_TCP(IP)_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.0
Quectel_EG9x_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.1
Quectel_EC2x&EG9x&EM05_QuecCell_AT_Commands_Manual_V1

But I didn’t find any referance about…

Where should i look?

Best regards

Hi UmbertoS,
These are special instructions that can only be obtained through our FAE engineers. You can contact support@quectel.com. The screenshots below are relevant.

I do have this FTM document from our local FAE.
Although the BG96 report OK. It does not enter FTM mode:

[2021-04-02_23:11:50:736]OK

I am also experiencing this issue with an EC20 module and am stuck in FTM mode. AT+QRFTESTMODE=0 and AT+CFUN=1 both result in operation not allowed errors.

How can I get a copy of this QXDM tool? That seems to be what I need to do to resolve this
