Hello Support Team,
I need help with UART/root login access for my RM520N-GLAP module.
When I connect to the debug UART and try to log in as root, the module shows:
quectel-v : v2.0
Login info:
Password:
The UART console itself confirms that the login challenge expires after 300 seconds. If no valid password/passcode is entered in time, it prints:
Login timed out after 300 seconds.
Because of this timeout, asynchronous exchange does not work: by the time support replies, the Login info has already expired.
Could we please arrange a short real-time support window with a Quectel engineer?
At the agreed time I will:

Generate a fresh Login info.

Send it immediately by private message or in this thread, whichever you prefer.

Wait online for the password/passcode and enter it before the 300-second timeout expires.
My timezone is Amsterdam time / CEST, UTC+2.
Please let me know a suitable date and time, and the preferred way to send the fresh Login info.
