Currently installed version: RM520NGLAAR03A01M4G_01.202.01.202
Additionally, the current version I have of Qnavigator is 1.6.9.1, which is odd because download-zone from the account area only has a much older v1.5.0.0. Is there something newer than 1.6.9.1, as both a RM502Q-AE and RM520N-GL show an odd error; something like Incorrect Module, though it seems to accept AT commands fine once it finally connects to the module.
