I have sent the latest firmware,driver,and qflash,I can’t find PRI and I’m not familiar with what PRI is

Thank you. Even with drivers installed, RM520N-GL only shows as ‘Android’ in windows device manager, and in linux using lsusb to query - dev id: “18D1:D00D” – appears to be android fastboot device. Is there a fix for this? Or did I receive a defective module. Thank you for your assistance.

Found a thread to use adb tools, fastboot reset, and it booted correctly, updated to latest fw. Thank you.
