Problem after the update,
1 first update with QFlash_V7.1, after the update - modem reboots every 30 seconds. update again - no change - 30 sec. reboot,
2 try with SPD_Upgrade_Tool_R27.23.1902 - no change - 30 sec. reboot.
can you please send an older version to reset the modem to factory settings?
thanks in advance
Dear @maxis1901
I have sent the older firmware to your email.
Before upgrade the firmware, did it work fine? As you mentioned, the module was getting too hot. It seems there is some hardware problem.
didn’t help, reset again every 30 seconds, when I flash, the message comes up that “calibration,gsm_agc_cali” is missing
maybe that’s why? how can I restore the file “calibration,gsm_agc_cali”?
thanks
Dear @maxis1901
Please show the message of “calibration,gsm_agc_cali”.
When did it appear? After power on?
Dear @maxis1901
It is messy code, didn’t have useful information.
Is it captured via debug uart?
As you mentioned before, the module will be hot, did you confirm whether the module has some hardware issue? It is recommended to contact with your provider to check the hardware firstly.
can you please help me to create the correct uart log, I do it with putty, is there something better for this or another way?
thanks in advance
