Hello. How can I fix the modem broken RM502Q-GL? It is visible in the system as 9008. When trying to firmware, it is disabled because it restarts every 15 seconds. Help me, please.
Once I solved with the pin 65 to ground…but I do not guarantee the same results.

What is your problem? Your module can’t power on or others.
You can try to contact USB_boot to 1.8V and try if module restart or not.
The USB_boot pin is in the rear of module, I have sent the picture for reference via Message, please check.
If module doesn’t restart, you can try to upgrade again.
