Quectel EC25 firmware

Hi I currently have this firmware EC25AFAR05A04M4G and would like to upgrade my modules to the latest firmware.

I have a newer quectel modem that I use the QFirehose tool to install the firmware with (custom linux, no GUI), can you provide a firmware package compatible with that tool?

Do you know any Quectel module supporting AT+QOPS like command for the band scanning in 5G SA & 5G NSA?

I bought both EC25-G and then EC25-AF trying to solve intermittent connection drops that last for up to a couple of hours (while my cell phone holds connection). This happens regardless of band/channel. Can you please send me the latest firmware for both EC25-G and EC25-AF.
