Problem witch VoLTE in BG600L-M3

We are trying to make a VoLTE call in Poland using BG600L-M3 using Orange SIM card with enabled VoLTE.

After updating firmware to BG600LM3LAR04A01_01.200.01.200 we are able to start connection, but it fails after all with “NO CARRIER” message.
Connection log:

Could I miss proper mbn file as it was in post: VoLTE in BG77 and MBN files

I’ve collected some info about my setup, in case it could help:

The current network environment is poor, you can change to a better signal location and try again.

With better signal it is still the same, unfortunately:

I was asking about MBN file, because now I’m out of ideas.
The same SIMcard provides VoLTE connections on smartphone, even in the room with poor signal.

The second part of problem is audio. Since I didn’t have connection yet I’ve tried AT+QAUDLOOP=1
When is turning on, only a silent crackling sound is heard in the handset (but it means that something is going on there after all, I guess).
I checked it for TLV320AIC3104, and ALC5616 codecs (using AT+QDAI=3 and 2). I’ve heard that only MAX9860 is supported on BG77 and BG600, but that’s against documentation. But maybe someone has experienced such problems already.
Should I hear anything without voice connection after:
AT+QLDTMF=2,200,200 //Play "2" DTMF tone whose volume gain is 200 for 200 ms. ?

Oragne claims, that for VoLTE connection some certification is required. Can I check somehow that this module is certified?
Start of production of our device is planned in few months, but first we have to provide POC with proven VoLTE, so is there any possibility to test it?

Hi,
I checked and found that there is no Oragne certification but there is certification from other carriers such as AT&T.

Are we talking about this:

Sent command> AT+QMBNCFG=“list”
<Response< AT+QMBNCFG=“list”
+QMBNCFG: “list”,0,1,1,“ROW_VoLTE_Commercial”,0x09180801,202105081
+QMBNCFG: “list”,1,0,0,“VoLTE-ATT”,0x09180331,202105081
+QMBNCFG: “list”,2,0,0,“FirstNet-ATT”,0x09185301,202105081
+QMBNCFG: “list”,3,0,0,“CDMAless-Verizon”,0x09180121,202105081
OK

None of them is available in Poland, or even in EU.
Is there any database of those files?

I’m sorry that only the following three certifications have passed Volte-related certifications. If the local operator has special requirements, VOLTE function cannot be used in the current module.
