Even with the latest firmware. There is SOMETHING wrong with RM502Q-AE with TMobile. There are many reports here T-Mobile Loss of Internet but Modem is saying connected - WIRELESS JOINT that RM502Q-AE would stay connected but no data during peak hours. It’s like RM502Q-AE can’t handle whatever Tmobile is doing with the deprioritization during peak hours with both LTE and 5G-SA
