RM521FGLEAR05A02M4G_01.200.01.200 is the latest firmware, please check your current firmware.
If not the latest, please contact with your provider firstly, they have access to get the latest firmware and tools.

Yes. My supplier is not providing the firmware. You sent me the firmware for rm520n before. Can you please provide firmware for rm521f-glea?
