EP06-E problem Windows and Mikrotik

@Kyson, Tested and all works now.

First I set the LTE ONLY by:
AT+QCFG=“nwscanmode”,3,1

Set B3+B7 by adding HEX value 40h + 4h:
AT+QCFG=“band”,0,44,1

I see empty QCAINFO or answer with scc who have <scell_state>=1 (Configured deactivated)
AT+QCAINFO

But when I do any transfer via module and use internet, do speedtest etc. then the CA is Activate and I see results with <scell_state>=2 (Configured activated) and I reach more DL then simple one band.

But what number in hex have got bands: 29 and 30 ??
