EC25AFX hangs with no voice & sms after several hours of usage

Hi,

Having EC25AFXGAR07A03M1G_30.001.30.001 working in USA/T-Mobile. The modem hangs after several hours of usage - no voice calls, no SMS’es but it still reports it is registered. After applying AT+CFUN=1,1 it begin work for next several hours.

How to debug / fix ?

Can you check the network with AT+QENG=“SERVINGLCELL” when the modem hangs.

You can also grab the log before the modem hangs.AT+CFUN=1,1 is the restart command, which can sometimes solve this problem. It is better to grab the log.
