EC25AF does not ring with incoming calls, and does not make calls on multiple attempts

Hello, I need a solution for EC25-AF.
I have several devices that do not make calls to me and when I call the device it does not ring, in some devices after restarting them they work, but after a few days I get the same error.
In others, I have no solution with the restart process

Help with some firmware or commands to solve the incident.

Will the module do any other business in the days you mentioned? Or will it be completely free for a few days?

No, the module spends most of the time in standby, it is for making emergency calls.
I have already tried different telephone companies and with all the SIMs, I have the same result.
