Hi there,
I flashed EC200AEUHAR01A25M16_01.200.01.200 firmware
however, after flashed the firmware I sent āATZ0ā command hoping it would factory reset the module, but after that, I couldnāt open the COM port. I can see the AT port / DIAG port and / ECM but I couldnāt connect to the modem,
Can you please help me to recover my module back to function ?
Just a small update
I was able to open it using PUTTY surprisingly, but the QCOM failed to open, any ideas?
OK, I downgraded my firmware to EC200AEUHAR01A23M16_01.200.01.200 and I was able to connect with QCOM now, but it is not registering my SIM CARD now.
AT+CPIN? - always return CME 10 error ( sim not inserted ) I am not sure what I did wrong. That SIM was working on my phone without any issues, also I tried with two other SIM with different telecom, all ends with same CME 10 error.
Please check whether the SIM PIN is normal

I can assure that the SIM is not locked and doesnāt require any PIN to work
