EC20 SGMII interface

Hi!
I am using EC20 R2.1 to make a data hub for an IP camera
It requires an ethernet interface
In the technical document of EC20, I have learnt that EC20 support SGMII interface to PHY ethernet chip
My question is, Can I use an SMII PHY ethernet chip to connect with EC20?
The chip I intend to use is KSZ8001LTR from microchip
Please help to check

We have recommended the PHY chip AR8033 and related circuit reference designs to provide you.
