DM log for EG800Z-CN

Hello.

We are testing the EG800Z-CN module by mounting it on an AP board via ECM USB for product development.

To monitor live DM logs, UART to USB converter capable of 6Mbps was connected to the PC via DBG_UART and installed EPAT on the PC. However, some OTA logs are being lost. For instance, during LTE Attach process, some of the intermediate steps logs are not output. I inquired with the distributor, they stated that they don’t guarantee the use of DBG_UART instead of USB Diag.

  1. What should I do to resolve this?

  2. If absolutely must use the USB Diag, is there a way to view it in EPAT by using socat to send data from the USB Diag port connected to the AP to the ethernet port?

To launch our product, we must pass LTE network interoperability quality tests with telecommunication carriers, and DM logs are essential to provide data for verifying operational status during certification. Unfortunately, we are facing difficulties due to missing logs.
