Hi, I am using a RM500Q-EA on a private network and experiencing some issues. The connectivity is being managed through mmcli and qmicli and I can see that the module starts a connection and acquires an IP from the network. However, when I ping another address no response is received. Doing a tcpdump shows that the packets are leaving the interface but no response is coming back. However on the network side packets are not arriving the gNB. Is there any way to collect more detailed logs from the module than the outputs of mmcli and qmicli which don’t show any problem? As you mentioned, you use private network, did you configure APN during your test?
