RM500Q-EA + quectel-CM error when trying to connect

Hello, I am trying to use the RM500Q-EA in a private network and I am getting the following output with quectel-CM

It gets stuck in that process alternating between code 1138 and 1148 for which I don´t find any information online. Could you point me to the possible cause of this issue?

There are other devices (Zyxel routers) that are able to connect without problems. Firmware version for the module is RG500QEAAAR11A06M4G_01.200.01.200, and the version of quectel-CM is 1.6.4.

Thank you in advance.

Dear @CarlosR_5COMM
What is your device?Insert the module into router or others?

Hello, it is a custom Board made for the RM500Q-EA connected via USB to a Raspberry Pi. We have tested both in public and private networks but for this client’s private network it is not connecting

Dear @CarlosR_5COMM
We need a log for analyze, I will share the tool to you via Message, please check.
