BG96 firmware for Docomo

I’m Looking for a specific firmware version, NTT Docomo requires BG96MAR03A04M1G.
The firmware of the device currently in use is BG96MAR02A07M1G.

pls kindly download BG96MAR03A04M1G standard fw version from the below link , this the maintree fw version , pls double check that what you need is not a customized fw , So as not to bring inconvenience to your work. thanks in advance

Thank you for your support.
I’m trying to upgrade my firmware to the one you gave as using QFlash.
However, the error message “FAIL, Ping_DLoad_Port_MDM9x07 timeout” is displayed.
I have confirmed that the communication port is correct with the terminal software.
What could be the problem?
