BG96 firmware for DoCoMo in Japan

Would you please share the firmware [BG96MAR03A04M1G] or [BG96MAR03A08M1G] with me?

And also, I’m looking for the tool which is needed to burn the firmware via USB.

The Release Notes shows that R03A09 is upgraded from R03A07, which is nothing
to do with R03A04 or R03A08. Are you sure R03A09 is for Japan area?
(It looks like it’s for Korea because R03A07 is for Korea).
Please confirm.

I think that the Qflash tool is needed to burn the firmware to the BG96 via USB.
