BG95-M6 cannot call AT+QCFG="nwscanmode" command

Reference from topic CatM1 in Australia about to register network and I try to follow guide BG96 Network Searching Scheme Introduction page 20.

But not success to call AT+QCFG=“nwscanmode”,0 and It response with ERROR.
Then I try to query command with AT+QCFG=? and the result response come without “nwscanmode”.

I read out my modem firmware version with this command,

AT+GMR

OK

Please help to guide how to do register to network as I located in Australia with Telstra network.
Thank you.
