Wwan interface with quectel EG25

Hello i need support with creating wwan0 interface with quectel EG25.
when we execute command at+qcfg: for starting chip in ECM mode i get error.
at+qcfg: “usbnet”,1
ERROR

we have linux build system based on YOCTO, as i understand i need some drivers to have wwan interface?
this is correct?, what kind of driver i need and how i can add it in YOCTO?

The set syntax is AT+QCFG="usbnet",1

The colon “:” is what would be reported by the read syntax.

oh yes, thanks, after this command in Linux appear a new interface:
usb1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr
but i need wwan0
