Will EC200U-EU work for SouthEast Asia, in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand?
Thank you for your prompt response. Is there any module which can work in the southeast Asian countries? I compared the bands of modem and respective countries, but it seems that might not be right approach to see if the modem will work or not as per your inputs.

Usually you need to select the same BAND except -CN models
@herbert.pan-Q Actually, I sent a device with EC200U-EU modem to an middle eastern country. I am not setting anything except the desired apn. The modem was working well here in India, registering to the local network and establishing server connection. It was registering automatically with the local network as per the default settings in the modem. Shouldn’t it register to network automatically there as well? The sim used supports the local network operator available in that country.
The search of the module is related to the PLMN in the SIM card, if you are using a local SIM card, the module will use HPLMN(home-PLMN) for the first search, if you are using a roaming SIM card, the PLMN search mechanism will be triggered
