I installed the drivers found on the download page, but the system still can’t detect the correct device. Could someone send me the driver and the AT commands manual? If possible, I’d also appreciate the latest firmware.

Did you install the module to your PC slot?
Or install in board and contact with PC via USB cable?
I connected the board to the pc via a usb cable and the system can detect the device as shown in the above picture and an adb port.
Although I finally successfully sent AT commands through the serial port using the command line after connecting via adb/ssh and achieved the functions I wanted, I still want to know what exactly caused me to not be able to connect correctly.

You can check your data call mode, and install corresponding one.
