Everywhere I looked it was that why, despite the former module is running SD X55 and the later is having the newer and faster SD X62/X65.

The Rm502 have cellular certifications that the others dont have yet. If you research them you will see certain ones are under way and some are complete. The cellular providers are not fully supported until such licensing are complete, while the RM502Q-AE is also an Amercian region specific modem. Im certain when the X62/65 chip modems are fully cleared for all providers this will no longer be the case, thusy my first test unit of the RM502q-ae was much cheaper than current.
