Why do we add 911 for a gpio pin number for SC20 android 7

I am using SC20 android 7. To use gpio in sc20, i have to add 911 for the gpio pin number. Is their any reason behind that? Please let me know if any

Sorry, what is the “911 for the gpio pin number.” mean?
