Which tool (software) use for upload root certificate file to EC200U-CN

I am trying to upload the certificate file to EC200U-CN, but I do not know which tool or software are used and How to do it?

WIndows or Linux?
You can just use the AT command to upload the file into the module.
AT+QFUPL
You could try the QCOM tool to upload the file.
