Which NBiot Module can establish a Coap server?

Hi,

I need to perform a coap server over my modem, I have 3 options for NBiot modules,
BC95, BG96 and BC92:

I read that some module like BC92 does not support yet coap protocol, Is it still not supported?

Which one can be used for this application?

Both BC95 and BG96 support COAP protocol.

For BG96 module ， coap protocol can be used for LwM2M only , No independent coap interface ,
