Where to get AT commands manual for RM520N-GL

Hi, please advise where can I get an updated manual for AT commands for RM520.
Also, is there commands that will return the global cell id for neighbouring cells?

You can try AT+QENG=“servingcell”.

HI Silvia, Thanks for your response. The “servingcell” will only get global cell id for the current cell but not neighbouring cells? Are there other commands or ways to obtain the global cell id for the neighbouring cells?
