Where is Diag port in RG500L-EU EVB?

Which one of serial port in RG500L-EU EVB is diagnostic port (DM Port)? I couldn’t find diag port. thank a lot .

If you have installed the driver correctlly, when you connect the USB port, you will see three ports in device manager which are AT port;DM port;NEMA port

I installed driver. I cant see ttyUSB0-ttyUSB4 and only ttyUSB1-2 would be appear.

Hi @rira,

The RG500L series seems to be based on a MediaTek chipset and not on a Qualcomm chipset like the RG500Q/RM500Q series (which is already supported in the mainline linux kernel for some time now).

Can you please share the output of sudo lsusb -d 2c7c: -vv and/or sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices as text and not images?

That’s strange. Provided that the EVK has been configured correctly and the device is powered on I would have expected to see an entry with Vendor=2c7c - at least that was the case with the RG500Q EVB I was using.

For a MediaTek-based device the entry would probably look similar to [PATCH] USB: serial: option: add Quectel RM500K module support - Macpaul Lin .
