Where can I download the software to upgrade the L26T GNSS Module firmware?

I am using the L26T GNSS module.
I received the new version firmware binary files (BOOT, UPG) and guide through the module provider. However, I did not receive any software (probably Quectel GNSS Flash Tool) to apply this firmware.

Where can I get software for firmware upgrade?
