Hello,
I am having an eSIM profile management issue on Windows with my Quectel EM05-G (Firmware: EM05GFAR07A07M1G).
After installing an eSIM profile:

  • I cannot remove the existing profile.
  • I cannot add a new profile.
  • AT/QMI commands do not allow profile management.
    Will reinstalling the firmware completely erase all stored eSIM profiles?
    If so, could you please provide the correct firmware package and installation steps?

Hello, I have two EC25AUXGAR on different firmware versions, the one on older firmware 08A11M1G operates correctly but the one on the new firmware 08A14M1G does not operate correctly in my application. Thank you for the firmware file. However, I am experiencing an issue during flashing — it fails in QFlash with the error :

DL_Firehose error / Firehose timeout

By the way, my EM05-G came pre-installed inside an OEM installed Lenovo laptop.

While trying to resolve the issue, I may have accidentally changed the USB configuration (usbcfg ) without being sure if it was correct. After that, the BIOS showed an “Unknown network card” error, which I managed to resolve by setting the PID back to 0x30A, and the error disappeared. However, I am not sure whether the current USB configuration (PID) is correct — could you please confirm if my current usbcfg setting is appropriate for a Lenovo device?

I have tried both the DM port (COM9 on my PC) and the Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 port, but both result in a timeout error.

I have attached screenshots for your reference. As I have not dealt with this type of issue before, I would really appreciate your guidance.
