What type of the ME phonebook storage is it?

Dear Quectel,

I am using the EC25-J module.
What type of the ME phonebook storage is it?
Nand or Nor or something else?

And I’d like to back up information here, not phone numbers, is it safe?

Hi there
EC25-J use Nand Flash, if you want back up your information, you can put it in system partition. Even you format module, the information you have back up will be saved.

How can I read and write system partition memory? Is that NAND, too?

You can use cat /proc/mtd query partition memory include system partition, it’s also NAND, thank you.
