My new BG770A-GL module PCB powers up fine and responds to commands from the Quectel tool. But it does not find the SIM no matter the state of the SIM_DETECT signal. Furthermore, there is no voltage on the SIM_VDD pin. Any help will be appreciated!
Understood that the SIM_VDD is 1.8V. The problem is that there is no voltage on this pin, so the SIM is never recognized. My understanding is that this 1.8V is generated internally in the module. Isn’t this so?
