What it the current consumption for BG95-M1 and BG95-M2

I’m looking for information regarding the BG95-M1 and BG95-M2 power consumption
In the data sheet there is information only for BG95-M3

since BG95-M1 means CATM only mode ， when the module is working， only one mode is working ， so there is no different about current consumption between BGM1/M2 and BGM3 . thanks
