What is the maximum Size of SPI Flash supported with EC200U Module

Hi,

I am planning to integrate GigaDevice GD5F1GQ4UBYIG(1Gb/128MB) as i need to store large audio files.
Plan is to replace SD Card with SPI Flash and required size is 128MB/1Gb.
Kindly let me know if such a size is supported and what is the maximum size SPI Flash that can be integrated with Quectel’s EC200U.

SPI FLASH does not support that much, and only supports a maximum of 16MB.

But i am currently using 1Gbit Winbond SPI NAND Flash and it is woring fine.
Should i be concerned about long term usage??

I am trying to interface W25N01GW (128Mbyte) with EC200UCN_AA. I tried enabling all the necessary configuration for NAND FLASH. I am using SPI PORT 2( Module Pins 24 , Pin 25, Pin 26, Pin 27) with the fs_nand_flash_demo. Can you share how you got it working??
