VoLTE using a EG25-G miniPCI with a dongle USB

Hi, good morning!

I bought an USB dongle with an embedded EG25-G miniPCI (look at here: https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005006028524747.html?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.order_detail_item.3.632539d3Dv19QK&gatewayAdapt=glo2esp)

I would like to know if this device supports VoLTE calls? I ask you this question because after reading this document (Quectel_EG25-G_Mini_PCIe_Hardware_Design_V1.3.pdf which I downloaded from the Hardware Design section in the Download Zone after looking for EG25) I see in the page 5 / 59 in the point 13 of section 1.2 the next sentence: 13. Deleted eCall and voice over USB functions.

So, my question is, I’ll be able to use VoLTE calls with this device or not?

If is it possible, do I need to update the firmware?

“voice over USB” is not equal to VOLTE.
