VDD_EXT in Quectel MC-60

Hello,
Initially when i gave power supply to Module at initial stage VDD_EXT was generating but after some time VDD_EXT was turning off and device in hang mode, at that time i have checked voltage at VBAT pin is continuous line of 3.6V also current is sufficient as much required to the module .

So, what should i have to check?

Check the power-on sequence diagram first to check whether the power-on request is met
