Using Quicktel EC25-E for internet connection in raspberry pi

Hello,
I am trying to connect EC25-E quectel module to raspberry pi for internet connection.
I have some questions regarding that.

  1. does EC25-E Module support Jio (india ) sim card for internet.
  2. when using IOT sim for internet wired connection connects and disconnects very quickly, what can be the issue

Do you use the quectel-CM?
