Using EG25-G on UMTS&LTE EVB and QNavigator on Windows 11

Hello, I could not find any Windows 11 drivers for UMTS&LTE EVB in the download zone. If someone could point me to them, I would appreciate it. Also, do I need any drivers specifically for the EG25-G? Windows can recognize the EG25-G, but doesn’t have any drivers for it. Unclear on which drivers I need.

Last question, when I plug the USB to Serial connector in, it pops up in the COM port as “COM16 (PL2303TA DO NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS 11 OR LATER, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPLIER.)” Will any generic USB-UART bridge work? Or does someone have a driver for it as well? Thanks!

Hi thanks for sharing. Can you help me to know that why AT Port, NMEA Port, DM port is detected but serial port is not detected, what can be the reason?

Is the PORT still not recognized?

Hi, No, the serial port is not recognized. I only see AT, NMEA, and one more port. but no serila com port.
