This “AT Command” is primarily used to clear frequency points that were previously registered on the network in the MODEM.at the same time,This command is only valid after “AT+CFUN=0” is executed.
After that, you need to follow the following “AT+Command”:

AT+CFUN=1
AT+CGATT=1

I believe that your device has registered the network successfully now. However, it is not possible to find out the cause of this problem at present. I suggest you restart the device or update the firmware (if necessary).
