Use the power supply configuration (current value) device of BG96

I would like advice on the power configuration of the BG96.

Currently, we are considering a 3.8V power supply for BG96.

Among them, “IVBAT” is described as “MAX 2.0A” in “6.2 Power Supply Rating” of the specification.

“Condition” has “Maximum power control level on EGSM900” and I understand that there is a condition.

The conditions for this project are
・ Use LTE Cat NB1
・ GNSS not used

It is a question from the following.
① Under the above conditions, what is the maximum ampere of the 3.8V power supply?

②Under the above conditions, what is the average current of the 3.8V power supply?

③ In the specification sheet, the current value in each state is described in “6.4 Current Consumption”, but only the typical value.
What is the correct way to think about the maximum current in each state?

Hi Kazu,

If you use CATNB without GNSS , The max power consumption is listed as below , ( under 3.8v) ,
But in actual scenario , The maximum current capacity is recommended to be set to 1A
