We are using the RM520N 5G modem with USB communication
Please find the block diagram for the modem below
The FPGA is being detected by the USB hub, but the modem is not being detected through the hub . Can you help with identifying the possible issues on the modem side for USB detection?
Any logs from the host side?
Which USB pins are connected to this module? Are both USB2.0 and USB3.0 pins connected? You debugged USB before, is this module RM520NGLAP? The RM520NGLAP does not support USB.
Is the module powered on?
If it is not recognized at all, it cannot be seen from the device side. It’s mainly caused by the hardware.
