Hi there, i’m from Australia, My BG96 module is currently using firmware BG96MAR02A07M1G_01.017.01.017.
I am experiencing MQTT subscribe freezes where the AT interface stops responding when i subscribe to MQTT topics.
This requires a restart of my BG96 every minute.
Could you please provide the latest BG96 firmware, preferably BG96MAR02A10M1G_01.102.01.102 or newer? or which ever is more stable.
Need this urgently! , I tried calling Quectel but nobody at the call center speaks english on the telephone.
