Is there any way to upload the program (by Qflash or another way) to MC60 ?
and i have another thing to ask which is how i can change some values stored in UFS using Bluetooth without changing the whole code.

Yes you can upload an OpenCPU application to MC60 by QFlash or FOTA.
After receiving the data via BT you can write it to UFS region by AT commands. Please refer to attached document for File AT Commands. Quectel_GSM_FILE_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.5.pdf (1.0 MB)
