Hello. I’m in need of some software upgrades for some 5G modems that I have, as I cant get any of them to connect to the 5G network, and some of them not event to the 4G network. I have the following modems that I would appreciate updates for.
- RM500QLAB-M20-SGASA
- RM500QGI-AB-M20-SGASA
- RM500QAEAA-M20-SGASA
The last of them is the most important, as those are the one we have multiple of in stock. Thanks in advance.
