Updated software request for EC200U

Hi,
I have a EC200U which has a firmware version of EC200UCNAAR02A10M08 and I saw that this version does not support PPP dial.
Please share the updated firmware version.
Does EC200U support the use of static IP address of a SIM card provided that the static IP address is given by the network operator. If yes, how to keep it constant even after PDN activation.
Any response is appreciated.
