Updated software request for EC200U

Hi,
I have a EC200U which has a firmware version of EC200UCNAAR02A10M08 and I saw that this version does not support PPP dial.
Please share the updated firmware version.
Does EC200U support the use of static IP address of a SIM card provided that the static IP address is given by the network operator. If yes, how to keep it constant even after PDN activation.
Any response is appreciated.

Thank you for sending updated firmware to me but can you also send the latest QFlash tool for updating the firmware or the necessary steps need to be taken to update the firmware.
